Package Include: Voicemail Audio Guest Book Phone ( Vintage or Retro) ( 2 hours minimum required for booking) Eye-catching neon sign: "Leave a Message" Golden frame table sign with instructions 43-inch tall table for enhanced visibility Choice of white or black table tension cloth Travel up to 20 miles (there will be a fee for over 20 miles) A custom username and password are provided to set up an access account for Guest Book. Ask about combining with 360 and Digit booth rentals. Set-Up Requirements: Access to the site: 1-2 hours prior to start time. Space: 10 x 10 feet of space Power: Power Outlet within 50 feet of the set-up area (10amps 3 prong outlet). Wifi or Hotstop: It is recommended to have a minimum upload speed of 15 Mbps (megabits per second) or higher. *(We can provide at additional cost). Deposit, Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy: Please be advised that Jax Party Rental LLC requires a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 business days before your event date. However, in the event of cancellation, if the entire balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 business days before the scheduled event date. The client will receive a full refund if Jax Party Rental LLC cancels seven days before the event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit, Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy: Please be advised that Jax Party Rental LLC requires a non-refundable deposit of $100-$200 to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 business days before your event date. However, in the event of cancellation, if the entire balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 business days before the scheduled event date. The client will receive a full refund if Jax Party Rental LLC cancels seven days before the event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
